Affiliate Terms

These terms govern the InboundSage Partner (Affiliate) Program operated by Spectrum Enterprises. By applying to or participating in the program you agree to them.

1. Joining

Applications are reviewed manually and may be accepted or declined at our discretion. On approval you receive a unique referral code and link, and access to a partner dashboard.

2. Commissions

The standard rate is 30% of each subscription payment made by a referred customer during their first 12 months as a paying customer, unless a different rate is agreed with you in writing. Commissions are calculated on amounts actually received, excluding GST, and accrue in INR.

3. Attribution

A signup is attributed to you when it occurs within 90 days of a click on your referral link (last click wins), or when it carries your referral code. Attribution is determined by our systems and recorded at signup; it cannot be added retroactively.

4. Holds, refunds and clawbacks

Each commission is held for 30 days to cover the refund window. If the underlying payment is refunded, the commission is voided; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via UPI to the UPI ID saved in your partner dashboard, once your cleared balance reaches ₹1,000. TDS is deducted where applicable under Indian law; you are responsible for your own tax compliance, and for issuing a GST invoice if you are GST-registered.

6. What is not allowed

Self-referrals (referring a business you own or operate); bidding on "InboundSage" or confusingly similar terms in paid search or social ads; unsolicited bulk messaging or spam (including on WhatsApp); misleading claims, fake discounts, or posing as InboundSage; and coupon/cookie stuffing. Violations void unpaid commissions and may end the partnership.

7. Term and changes

Either side may end the partnership at any time; cleared, unpaid commissions earned before the end date are still paid out. We may update these terms with notice by email — continued participation after notice means acceptance.
