Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to Spectrum Enterprises for the InboundSage Service.
1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment required. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial before subscribing.
2. Refund eligibility
If you are charged for a paid subscription and raise a refund request within seven (7) days of that charge, and you have not materially used the Service during that period (defined as sending fewer than 100 messages and connecting no production WABA), you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee for that billing cycle.
3. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Non-refundable items
- Meta / WhatsApp charges billed by Meta directly to your account are never refundable by us, as we do not collect them.
- Subscription fees for billing cycles where the Service was materially used.
- Custom services / workflow-design engagements once work has commenced (governed by the individual engagement agreement).
- Add-ons or one-time fees explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@inboundsage.com from your registered email with your account details and reason. We respond within one (1) business day.
6. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
