Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

InboundSage is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. No physical goods are shipped. This page exists to clarify how the digital service is delivered.

2. Account provisioning / delivery

Upon successful sign-up and payment, your account is provisioned and accessible within 5 minutes at app.inboundsage.com. In rare cases requiring manual verification, provisioning may take up to 24 hours, and we will notify you by email.

3. Delivery confirmation

A confirmation email is sent from Spectrum Enterprises to your registered email address upon account creation and upon each successful subscription payment.

4. Service availability

Once provisioned, the Service is available 24×7, subject to scheduled maintenance and the availability of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
