Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your InboundSage dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No phone call or email is required.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
3. No partial-period refunds
Cancelling mid-cycle does not generate a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the period; you keep access until the period ends. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account moves to a read-only/limited state. You may export your data for 30 days. WhatsApp conversation data is deleted within 90 days of account closure unless a longer period is legally required (see Privacy Policy).
5. Reactivation
You can reactivate a cancelled account at any time by resubscribing from the dashboard, subject to data still being available within the retention window.
