Why we built it

InboundSage started with a simple frustration. Padmesh Bhavsar, our founder, kept watching Indian businesses run their entire customer relationship through WhatsApp — but with no real marketing-automation tooling behind it. Email had Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign; WhatsApp had a patchwork of basic “tools.”

So we built the platform we wanted: capture, nurture, and convert, with the same automation logic email marketers have used for years — but native to WhatsApp, priced in rupees, and designed for how Indian businesses actually work. We work closely with our early customers; many of the features you see started as a request from one of them.
